Apple’s Formula 1 film also stars Damson Idris with Brad Pitt 2023
In a film about Formula One racing, which has yet to be given a title, actor Damson Idris will co-star opposite Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt.
The director of “Top Gun: Maverick” Joseph Kosinski and the film’s producer Jerry Bruckheimer are reportedly behind the picture. This information was provided by the entertainment news site The Hollywood Reporter.
According to the movie’s official synopsis, Pitt will play the part of a former driver who makes his way back into the sport in this project, which is being supported by Apple.
Seven-time Formula 1 winner Lewis Hamilton will produce the picture through Dawn Apollo Productions.
Idris, who is perhaps most recognized for his role in the BBC crime thriller series “Snowfall,” will portray Pitt’s colleague in the next film.
Lewis Hamilton, winner of seven Formula One championship, will serve as the project’s executive producer using his Dawn Apollo Productions brand.
Jerry Bruckheimer Films will be producing with Brad Pitt’s Plan B Productions, with Bruckheimer and Chad Oman serving as producers. In addition to Formula 1 and its teams, the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) is supporting this endeavor as well. Penni Thow is the executive producer for this project.
