Taylor Swift announces UK, Europe, and Asia Eras tour dates 2023
Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras tour will visit UK, Europe, and Asia in 2024.
The pop diva will perform nine UK dates in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and London.
The diva may return to Glastonbury’s last night to fill the headlining spot she missed in 2020 due to the epidemic.

Her US tour began with record attendance.
Ticketmaster’s systems were swamped by demand, leaving thousands of people without seats.
Ticketmaster was called before US lawmakers to explain the event’s mismanagement.
Swift called it “excruciating” to see supporters struggle to buy tickets, but she was assured Ticketmaster could handle the demand.
After the announcement, Swift’s website was clogged with fans registering interest for the UK dates.
Fans will receive a ticket link after registration. Edinburgh, Cardiff, and London follow on 18–20 July.
“We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets,” Ticketmaster cautioned successful registrants.
“While inventory lasts, tickets will be sold first come, first served”.
Taylor Swift’s 2024 UK dates:
- 7 & 8 June – Edinburgh, Murrayfield Stadium
- 14 & 15 June – Liverpool, Anfield Stadium
- 18 June – Cardiff, Principality Stadium
- 21 & 22 June and 16 & 17 August – London, Wembley Stadium
Swift’s first global tour since 2018 follows four new studio albums, including Folklore, which won a Grammy.
Music journal Billboard estimates $591m (£464m) in ticket sales from the 52-date US tour.
In March, Swift performed a three-hour, 44-song set spanning her career.
Every concert, she performs two “surprise” acoustic songs, typically with special guests.
The acoustic portion has included fan favorites like Mirrorball, Snow On The Beach, and Getaway Car and mainstream singles like Welcome To New York and her first single Tim McGraw.
The tour extension will start in Asia and Australia in 2024 before heading to Europe in May. Fans have been requesting overseas dates for months.
Asian ‘Swifties’—the pop star’s branded fandom—have gone crazy on social media.
She will play four nights in Tokyo to start her Asia tour on February 7. She will next play two nights in Melbourne and three nights in Sydney in Australia.
She will perform three nights in Singapore, the sole South East Asian country on her Eras tour, on March 4.
The UK tour begins at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on June 7 and ends with two nights at Wembley Stadium in August.
Glastonbury’s first two nights overlap with two earlier Wembley events. However, she has a slot on Sunday 23 June to headline the Pyramid Stage and finish the festival.
The US Eras tour received rave reviews.
“The queen of pop reclaims her throne,” declared The Times. “If there is a danger that shifting between 10 such different albums could lead to an uneven experience it is somehow avoided here, with Swift managing to produce a cohesive experience despite the constantly changing outfits and backdrops.”
Hello magazine wrote, “The Swifties are certainly going to be Enchanted,” using Swift’s song titles.
“It’s been a long wait back to this moment, but karma is, indeed, a queen – and this was worth the wait.”
“The achievement is often staggering,” Billboard said, “with costume changes, set-piece upheaval [and] vulnerable moments in a crowd of thousands and sing-alongs that will rival the scope of any tour this year.”
Fans who couldn’t acquire tickets sang the star’s songs in car parks outside venues.
The show’s intensity left some spectators with amnesia.
