Gwyneth Paltrow’s kids: Meet Goop’s two children and two stepchildren 2023

Gwyneth Paltrow is not only busy with Goop, but she is also a proud mother and stepmother.

In 2004, the actress and her then-husband Chris Martin had their daughter Apple. Moses, the couple’s son, was born in 2006.

Paltrow scaled back her work to care for her and Coldplay’s children, although she did not formally announce her “semi-retirement” from the entertainment industry until 2020.

At the time, the Oscar-winning actress was focused on her wellness brand and had separated from Martin, which she termed “conscious uncoupling.”

When Paltrow filed for divorce in 2015, the exes maintained a civil co-parenting relationship. The next year, their divorce became official.

On a January 2023 “Goop” podcast episode, Paltrow discussed their divorce, saying that having small children might “ruin” a marriage.

“It’s difficult for relationships,” she added. “I’ve recently reviewed the data set…. It’s quite difficult.”
