Wheel of Fortune presenter Pat Sajak assaults a contestant 2023
The most recent edition of “Wheel of Fortune” saw presenter Pat Sajak giving a unique challenge to one of the contestants.
On Tuesday’s episode of Wheel of Fortune, longtime presenter Pat Sajak attempted to confront one of the contestants, and viewers can’t stop talking about how they feel about it. The audience were first introduced to Fred, who was a multi-talented man who not only taught theatre but also hosted bar trivia and worked as a professional wrestler.
The episode had a Hawaiian theme. He mentioned in the show that he doesn’t get paid too much for the activity, but that he participates in it “for the enjoyment.” Despite this, Fred was declared the winner of the bonus round, and the host revealed that he would be taking home $75,800.
The previous participant became visibly moved and immediately began to celebrate his triumph. But, not long after that, an event had place that converted the occasion into a peculiar one.

During Fred’s victory celebration, the presenter Pat posed the following question to the crowd: “Just because he’s a professional wrestler… you want me to body slam him for you?” When he asked the players, they all answered “yes” to his inquiry. After that, Pat appeared out of nowhere and attempted to tackle Fred. He grabbed his face with one arm and attempted to put him in a headlock with the other while bending his arm behind his back.
He also tried to bend his arm behind his back. Following the broadcast of the program, viewers were quick to post their reactions to the show. One viewer commented, “I would never wrestle a contestant like Sajak was doing if I was the host of Wheel of Fortune.” Another user said, “Not only another Perfect Game, but another showdown with Pat vs. another contestant!” A fan exclaimed, “Not only another Perfect Game, but another showdown with Pat vs. another contestant!” I am someone who literally shakes hands.’
About the game show “Wheel of Fortune”
The game show has been hosted by Pat and Vanna White ever since it debuted in 1981. Vanna White came on board with the show a year after Pat did. She disclosed in a recent interview how she is feeling now that the program is coming to an end. “I can’t imagine. Everyone associates Pat and Vanna with the game of Wheel of Fortune. We’re like Ken and Barbie, you know? It’s been forty years since we’ve been in anyone’s house, so it would be strange to have anyone else turn my letters, said Vanna. “We’ve been in everybody’s houses.”
