Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani ‘are pretty different parents’ 2023
Both Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani have been described as “totally unique individuals.”
Gavin, a musician who is 57 years old, and Gwen, who is also 57, were married from 2002 until 2016, however Gavin confesses that they have very few things in common.
Gavin, who shares custody of his three children, Kingston, 17, Zuma, 14, and Apollo, nine, with his ex-wife, recently gave an interview to the podcast “Not So Hollywood,” in which he discussed their approach to parenting. He said, “I think you can go one of two ways.
You have the option of just parenting by yourself or doing everything together as a true example of co-parenting and seeing how it works out for you. And I believe that all we do is parent… We just parent.”
Gavin is of the opinion that not one of them has the same strategy when it comes to parenting.
He stated that “We couldn’t be more opposite people… In terms of how we go about bringing children up, I don’t believe there are many parallels.
Gavin said his sons were musical like their parents.
However, I believe that this provides them with an awesome perspective that enables them to pick which aspects of those two lives they would like to inherit and carry on with, as well as whatever aspect of themselves emerges as a result of the process.
“I’ve tried Zuma, he was playing drums – my middle one – he was playing drums,” said Gavin, who is best known for being the front vocalist of the rock band Bush. As a result, there were a great deal of drums stored in the garage.
“But Kingston just turned 17. He is fantastic not just as a vocalist and guitarist, but also as a lyricist. I am in a much better place now than I was when I was 17 years old.
Who is to say what the future holds for him, but he’s recording music right now, and it’s really legit, and that’s what he wants to do, and he’s insane.
Gavin described Kingston as having a “innate ear for melody” in his explanation.
In addition to this, he stated, “Beautiful melodies that he just chooses to sing.”
